Donohoe Fine Arts

Painting, and especially painting outside, fuels my creative energy. The gift of traveling with fellow artists to paint en plein air inspires several of my works. I’ve joined trips led by my art teacher, Jane Coonce--first to Limoux, France, then to Versailles, Ohio, and finally to Venice, Italy. Wonderful open-air vistas, fresh details in a new scene, and painting in the company of a great group of artists, these are the elements that lay the groundwork for my canvases.
